Transcorp Hotels Plc Achieves 60% Revenue Growth in H1 2025

Transcorp Hotels Plc has reported a strong performance for the first half of 2025, with a significant 60% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching ₦47.57 billion from ₦29.72 billion in H1 2024.

According to the financial statement released on Friday, the company also saw a 71% increase in gross profit, rising to ₦36.21 billion from ₦21.19 billion in the preceding year. This growth translated into an improved gross profit margin of 76% in H1 2025, despite challenging macroeconomic conditions.

A notable achievement during this period was the launch of the Transcorp Centre, a world-class, 5,000-seat capacity venue, which solidifies Transcorp Hotels’ position as a leader in events and hospitality in Nigeria.

In line with its commitment to delivering value to shareholders, Transcorp Hotels is distributing an interim dividend of ₦1.024 billion, which translates to ₦0.10 for every 50 kobo ordinary share to shareholders.
